B&O Hotel - #8131

The kit is composed of a laser cut masonite core overlaid with pine strip wood. Corrugated metal is included for the roof along with a styrene tube for the chimney. The interior structure is tabbed and slotted for easy fit construction. Overall foot print is 7 1/2" wide by 10 1/4" deep. Includes signs and bench, figure not included....
