The kit is composed of a laser cut plywood and basswood. It is based on Henry Tellers Law Office in Central City, Colorado. It is relatively easy to build but some model building experience is always good. This kit is great for an model railroad. The O scale foot print is 4 inches wide by 6 inches deep, The HO foot print is 2 1/4" wide by 3 3/4" deep
