These models are for narrow spots on your layout or in places where only the fronts need to be seen..
Each kit is made up from what we call the interior box, something all of our kits are designed with, and makes for a very stable and strong base to build from.

Exterior siding is applied to that. Each kit includes all you see in the photos including the signs.

The O scale footprint for the Union Bank is 4 5/8" wide by 2 5/8" deep, 7 1/2" tall...

The O scale footprint for Chillery's is 3 5/8" wide, by 2 5/8" deep by 7" tall
HO Chillery's available now..1 7/8" wide, 3 1/2" tall, 3/4" deep...

HO Union Bank 3/4" deep not including from walk, 4" tall by 2 1/2" wide
